So what are those signs and symptoms that indicate old age is coming early? Let's tell you!


·         Changes in Skin Texture


If somehow your oily skin started to become dry or dehydrated without any reason, then that is certainly there is something wrong going on with your diet and health. Even changes in the tone of the skin can be indicative of something wrong, which means that age is catching up. Putting sunscreen is highly advisable to stop the skin from premature aging.



·         Fat deposits around the eyes








This happens with age due to oxidative stress, which allows free radicals to get together and cause damage. This can lead to droopy eyes as well as fat deposits, which might make the eyes look very puffy.

A lot of people these days are experiencing greying of hair as early as in their twenties, which also indicates that genetic and stress factors are taking over your life before they're supposed to.


·         Joint Problems


If your bones and joints hurt when you sit for too long, or when you try and exercise, this means that the lubrication of the joints might be getting affected.
