Everybody wants to look beautiful and to look beautiful hair plays vital role as it keeps crowning your head. Without the presence of hair many people i.e, men and women both tends to loss their confidence so, no one wants that to happen with them. All of us want to have strong beautiful hair. For this there are loads of shampoos, conditioners, hair spas and treatments available in the market which claim to make your hair long and strong, but most of them are not working properly for everyone and some of them are only temporary which of these come at quite a cost - not just on the wallet, but even resulting in dry, dull and damaged hair that's prone to hair fall!

 So now let's tell you about some Ayurvedic (Natural ) tips that helps to reduce your hair fall and make your hair nice and long.

·         Massaging with Ayurvedic (natural ) oils

Like we mentioned before, nothing can work on your hair like a hot oil massage can do your head. You can use coconut, sesame or brahmi oil which has been warmed a bit. You can either massage it into your hair yourself or ask someone to do it for you! This not only increases the blood circulation, but also helps avoid dry scalp and dry hair. If you're dealing with dandruff as well, you can even consider squeezing a bit of lemon into the oil. 

·         De-stress

Did you know that stress can also take a toll on your hair? Here are some quick de-stressing tips that can help you calm that mind that can help your hair as well:

- Eat Healthy Balance Diet Food

Good amount of raw fruits and vegetables as well as whole grains and an overall healthy diet will definitely show on your hair! Limit junk food, cigarettes and alcohol.

Here are some Ayurvedic herbs that are very effective in sorting out hair issues:


·         Gooseberry (Amla)






It is rich in Vitamin C, which means it works from the inside when eaten. But, Amla powder used as a paste is also very effective in making hair grow and solving other issues as well.

·         Aloe Vera



It's good for the skin, and it's good for the hair too! You can either have it like a juice or externally apply the flesh of the plant on the hair directly. You'll instantly see the difference!

·         False Daisy (Bhringraj)



This perhaps is the most effective Ayurvedic herb for the hair. Grab fresh or dried Bhringraj and make a paste out of it which should be applied to the hair regularly before washing.


·         Fenugreek (Methi)


This one is very effective to promote your hair growth. Grind some dry or roasted methi seeds, soak it in warm water overnight and apply the paste for a while. It might take a bit of time to get the pieces of the seeds out, but it is totally worth the effort!
