·         Raw milk: To cleanse your skin and pores!


One of the most common Ayurvedic tips for a glowing skin/face is use of raw milk. This refers to milk that has not been pasteurized or homogenized. It helps remove unseen dirt and impurities from the face as well as cleanse the pores of the skin. It also adds a subtle glow and acts as a natural moisturizer. You can use raw milk with a cotton ball to gently dab on your skin to clean it of impurities. You could also try adding a little lemon juice to raw milk for lightening the skin.

Applying fresh orange juice is another method which helps you to tone your face skin. If you want to smooth your body skin or face you can apply gently on your face or body, you can also use on a daily basis it will help to improve your skin texture.
